Within the itinerary of this two-night, night-day program led by Jessica Forsythe a Master Energy Healer and Spiritual Guide, you will share in the beautiful offering found in ancient wisdom in today’s modern world. Connecting to oneself in this way will empower you to embrace who you ARE. Jessica will lead customized modalities of breathwork and restorative yoga, as well as energy and sound therapies to heal the nervous system and glandular system.
Jessica Forsythe is a licensed Holistic Practitioner and Master Energy Healer with over fifteen years experience in meditation, breathwork, reiki, and restorative yoga. Her healing arts practice combines various sacred traditions that allow her intuition to resonate with one’s personal spirit. Through this, guests may find embodiment, while soothing their nervous system, and releasing areas of hidden stress.
Jessica has studied Yoga and Restorative Yoga and received her certification through YogaWorks NYC, all while completing her first Reiki Master Certification. She has also studied Transcendental Meditation with Dr. Joe Dispenza, and has sat in over 16 spiritually-guided ceremonies. In 2022, Jessica entered the Shamanic Path of the Warrior and was certified as a Shamanic Reiki Master with Angell Deer at The Sanctuary. She completed the RA MA Legacy of Sound with GRAMMY Award-winning musician Gurujas Kaur Khalsa in early 2024. Jessica continues her Shamanic studies in drum and rattle building with Mia Luz, and her Kundalini teacher training with Siri Rishi.
