Nervous System Reset with Nicholas Pratley

A three-night, four-day program:
October 11 – 14

Join us for a three-night, four-day retreat program hosted by Nicholas Pratley – licensed Neuro-Linguistic Programming Therapist, Master Energy Practitioner, Breathwork Expert, and Founder of SP8CE – to soothe your mind, body, and energy.

As a culture, we are overstimulated and overstressed. This immersive four-day program is designed to support you with tools to unplug from chaos and plug into the natural wisdom that emerges through stillness. Participants will discover the power of the vagus nerve, nervous system, and heart, experiencing deep restoration. This is your opportunity to destress, cleanse and rest – all things you deserve.

Nicholas says, “Slowing down allows the natural intelligence of our very sophisticated nervous system to come online. We need to create the environment so that it can do what it’s designed to do: find balance. When it comes to optimizing our health, there’s a way to activate our power to heal and that’s by listening deeply to the symptoms that show up in our bodies. This is why creating space and slowing down is crucial. Symptoms reveal root causes, which is where the truth lives, and that is energetic health. After all, it’s not what we are doing, it’s the way we are doing it.”

The retreat encompasses more than a dozen group experiences personally designed by Nicholas, incorporating biofield breathwork and energy medicine, sound healing, grounding practices, mindful rituals and reflective satsangs. You will also enjoy scheduled time to enjoy private contemplation and integration of the featured programs. The schedule is enhanced with daily wellness classes led by the team at Shou Sugi Ban House and carefully selected treatments to amplify your spirit.

In addition, you will enjoy daily communal hydrotherapy and thermal suite rituals, three plant-forward meals to help nourish and ground the body and mind, as well as take home gifts from Nicholas for ongoing support. Each guest will also receive a $750 Spa and Wellness credit to be used towards spa and healing arts sessions of that support your Nervous System Reset.

For further expansion, Nicholas closes each session with a sound healing experience.

Ground the intentions for your day and foster mindfulness as a daily practice.

SHABU-SHABU

SUGGESTED SPA & HEALING ARTS TREATMENTS

A $750 spa and wellness credit allows you to enjoy signature treatments that offer continued healing within body and spirit. Nicholas suggests the following services to support your Nervous System Reset:

SKIN PEACE SIGNATURE FACIAL
A truly relaxing and transformative treatment for your skin and soul, including a curated combination of techniques by Josie Bisetti, founder of Skin Peace by Josie B and one of New York City’s sought-after estheticians. Her practice combines sound healing, energetic alignment, and lymphatic drainage techniques, all which trigger the vagus nerve response and help calm the nervous system. This signature facial includes customized microneedling, a bespoke serum and mask to address skin conditions, and the use of Celluma LED light to rejuvenate and repair your skin.

WATSU THERAPY
Aquatic massage for decompression and flexibility through stretching, joint mobilization and shiatsu massage in a private, heated pool of structured salt water. Beneficial for any level of health, but especially recommended for soothing muscle and joint pain, physical or mental stress and any sleep-related issues.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Using light touch on various parts of the cranium, spine, and sacrum, craniosacral therapy releases tension and rigidity in the muscles, membranes, and fascia, helping to ease stored injuries and emotions by awakening the body’s ability to self-heal.

DEEP WITHIN MASSAGE
A deep tissue massage incorporating hot stones and a decompressing body oil by Tata Harper to promote healing in each muscle layer, and a sense of grounding within each energy center.
