Building upon the success of last year’s inaugural retreat, this program will feature a mix of new talks and interactive workshops designed and led by Fenet, as well as guest speakers, including artist and author Kate Schelter; wellness expert, Sarah Wragge; and designer and entrepreneur, Katie Kime.
Participants will enjoy a one-on-one session with Fenet to set their intentions, daily movement classes and wellness activities led by the Shou Sugi BanHouse team, access to the hydrotherapy and thermal suite, communal-style meals from the wellness retreat’s hyper-local menu, and a $250 spa and wellness credit to be used towards spa and healing arts treatments.
This year’s program will be exceptionally unique, as Shou Sugi Ban House and Fenet introduce three new special programs, including an afternoon watercolor painting master class led by Kate Schelter, guiding guests to explore their inner artist, and have fun while doing it. Schelter’s creative coaching style is drawn from her own passion as a watercolor artist, as well as her expertise asa creative director for luxury fashion and lifestyle brands.In addition, Sarah Wragge will share her innovative approach to wellness. Wragge leads the cutting edge of nutritional innovation as the Founder and Chief NutritionExpert of Sarah Wragge Wellness® and creator of the revolutionary SWW Method®. Born from her own personal struggles with chronic health issues, Wragge helps empower others on their own health journey and equips clients with tools to optimize their health and energy reserves. Lastly, designer and entrepreneur, Katie Kime, will offer practical tips on growing your business from the ground up, avoiding imposter syndrome and burnout, and creating a sustainable business that you truly love.

PRICING FOR OVERNIGHT GUESTS
Included in the custom program itinerary is a daily spa or healing arts treatment of your choice, which will be scheduled daily during ‘Personal Reflection Time’. This amounts to $250 in Spa and Wellness credit to be enjoyed during your retreat. This credit may only be used towards spa or healing arts services, cannot be applied to other associated costs of the retreat, and if not used will be forfeited. Preferred spa and healing arts services are subject to availability at time of booking.
In addition, guests will have access to the world class facilities, communal spaces, wellness amenities, and culinary offerings at Shou Sugi Ban House. With this, all meals are included beginning with lunch upon arrival, through breakfast prior to departure. À la carte food and beverage options, including organic, biodynamic, or sustainably sourced wines are available at an additional cost.

All retreat reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable by credit card 30 days prior to the event start date. Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made 60 days of the event start date. Deposits are partially refundable (25% of the total program fee) if cancellation is made 30 days of the event start date. All bookings made within 30 days of arrival will be charged the full package cost upon booking.
