Women’s Herbal Awakening

Do you ever have difficulty pausing to take a deep breath? Learn about traditional Chinese medicinal herbs to help relieve constriction and connect to your divine feminine core.

This herbal consultation will begin with a movement assessment to target your circulation, digestion, and nervous system. Receive a balancing treatment utilizing mugwort balm, infrared heat therapy, and gentle proprioceptive stimulation for the diaphragm and core, and finish with a calming late summer herbal tea and intention prayer. Take home a recharging mugwort bath ritual for continued self-connection.

This treatment is especially restorative for women at any life stage: whether you are focusing on fertility, navigating postpartum recovery, or evolving around menopause. Special attention is offered to hormonal imbalances, scar tissue healing, and injury rehabilitation.
