A fitness methodology based on the core principles of traditional strength and conditioning, gymnastics and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) programs. Release tension, flush your system and fuel your muscles more efficiently through a guided series of foam-rolling exercises.

During my 20 years of experience in the gym from novice to trainer, I’ve developed a deep rooted desire to help clients find their passion for fitness and achieve their best selves.
My background in science and athletics helps me understand both the mechanics of the body as well as the drive and desire it takes to train effectively. With respect to rehabilitation oriented strength and conditioning education, I firmly believe that a solid foundation is key to attaining fitness goals safely and successfully. My programs are specifically tailored to the needs of my clients and I implement strength training and functional movement, all with proper technique and form.
My primary focus in assessing clients is prioritizing their goals, understanding their present physical state and then offering a comprehensive and practical progression of movements that will build a more efficient working foundation. I help clients to acquire functional fitness, specific strength goals and discover their untapped potential, both physiological and psychological, through various physical challenges.
My love of fitness began with professional basketball, weight training and olympic lifting in high school and college and has continued to be a major part of my life. I have always enjoyed passing my knowledge on to others. Being a personal trainer gives me opportunities to meet a variety of new people with unique challenges. I pride myself on being able to work with anyone regardless of age, physical limitations or medical conditions.

Private Garden Tour at LongHouse Reserve
LongHouse Reserve is a sixteen-acre garden in East Hampton with established lawns, ornamental borders, plant collections and outdoor sculpture. See works by Ai Weiwei, John Giorno, and Bernar Venet while led on a private tour for Shou Sugi Ban House. Conclude the excursion with a guided meditation in one of the garden’s peaceful areas.
Introduction to Forest Bathing
Learn about the Japanese art of Shinrin-yoku. Forest bathing is a meditative walk among the trees which has been known to enhance intuition and mental clarity. By slowing down and observing, you open your senses to receive what the forest and nature has to offer and inform.
Evening Nature Connection
A meditative experience under the stars will offer open space for connection with your breath, your personal intentions and your retreat group.
Forest Walk
Breathe in deep and allow your senses to take in the natural medicine of the forest in a guided, meditative walk among the trees. In this practice suitable for all levels of health, you will become aware of things you normally wouldn’t notice, and receive the benefits of a guide who can talk about the local plants, trees and life around you.
Linda Lombardo is a certified forest therapy guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs (ANFT), and a certified Master Naturalist through Quality Parks on Long Island, NY.
Linda was the first certified Forest Therapy guide on Long Island back in 2017 when not many people knew about forest therapy. She quickly built relationships with local arboretums and preserves, which recognized that what she offered was different than what they could offer to the public. Linda drew on her years of leadership expertise, becoming the official Forest Therapy Guide for organizations like TENWOMENSTRONG, and FULL SPAN LEADERSHIP, offering programs for personal and professional empowerment along the East coast.
Linda is also a certified life coach through the Coaches Training Institute (2001). Partnering with the forest to support her coaching clients is wild heart experience for them and for Linda.

Edge of Woods: Therapeutic Swedish massage nourishes life force by blending golden organic jojoba, rosehip, yuzu and cedar atlas oils. Herbal compresses steeped in warm elderflower, mugwort and willow tea relax muscle tissues and calm the mind. Recommended for insomnia, anxiety, stress and emotional fatigue.
Clear the Path: A hybrid of movements from both Western and Eastern massage modalities ignites energetic movement from within by shifting stagnant energy and inspiring mental clarity.
