Cacao Ceremony: Enjoy a communal gathering at our outdoor fire circle. Used as a tool to lift the spirits, we begin our retreat with this ancient ritual tradition.
Farm Foraging Excursion: Explore a local farm to understand Long Island’s agriculture landscape and enjoy a hands-on experience gathering your own produce that will be used for your lunch.
Whole Foods for Brain Health: In this lecture we dive deep into how the brain functions and what influences its health. Explore digestion, blood sugar regulation, physical activity, sleep and stress. Additionally, herbs, foods, and beverages that both support and hinder brain function will be discussed. Walk away with a deeper understanding of how to eat and live for a stronger, sharper, and more adaptive brain.
Yoga Nidra with Gong: A deeply relaxing full-body meditation to prepare you for sleep.
Oyster Farm Excursion with Picnic Lunch: Enjoy another interactive experience, this time at sea. Learn the processes of oyster farming, a practice dating back to the Romans in the 1st century BC. Sample fresh oysters as part of your picnic lunch on board the oyster barge.
Tea as Medicine: Learn the many ways in which tea can be used to promote good health. Taste varieties and understand their medicinal uses.

Welcome Ceremony: Meet the team and settle yourself into the space. We invite you to set an intention for your time here and use this moment to ask any questions.
Yoga Nidra with Gongs: A full body relaxation including visualizations and the soothing sounds of our planetary gongs to help prepare you for sleep.
Morning Meditation & Pranayama: Begin the day with a powerful and traditional practice. Silent meditation and pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) will clear the mind and prime the body for a day of deep practice and discovery.
Hatha Yoga: This type of practice is the physical branch of yoga. In these sessions we will be moving through various asanas (physical postures) to harmonize the body and mind.
Intro to Ayurveda: Discover the world of ancient Indian medicine. Learn practical tools to integrate this wisdom into your everyday life.
Deep Release with Sound: Enjoy the benefits of restorative yoga postures while being immersed in the sounds of gongs, crystal bowls and other sacred instruments.
Kirtan: A call and response style of chanting that uses sound to evoke an experience and saturation of divine love. This practice originated in the Bhakti (love, devotion and gratitude) tradition of yoga. Participants are welcome to join in or meditate to the collective sound.
Transformative Rituals Workshop: Learn about the nervous system and contemplate intelligent ways to weave yogic practices into your daily life. This workshop is both educational and experiential.
Closing Ceremony: Integrate your experience and prepare to transition back into routine. Use this as an opportunity to make new commitments to yourself and get answers to any outstanding questions

Restorative Stretching: A full-body relaxation to begin your fitness immersion that includes visualizations, a body scan and exploration of the benefits of restorative yoga postures.
Strength Training and Mobility Exercise: Experience dynamic training for optimal muscular strength. Mobility exercises are incorporated to help you lift more weight and to teach the body to avoid physical injury.
Nutrition for Physical Vitality: Learn from our in-house nutritionist why nutrition might be the most important part of physical fitness. Understand which foods to eat before or after exercise, how to increase your metabolism naturally, and which superfoods are best for active individuals.
Midday Meditation: Enjoy a simple seated meditation led by one of our resident instructors. Suitable for all levels, this multi-sensory ritual focuses on the present moment of reconnecting with yourself and those around you.
Calisthenics Training: Take advantage of gravity and the leverage of your own bodyweight to challenge your fitness level. These exercises are aimed at improving your posture, strength and body composition.
Signature Workout and Myofascial Release: A fitness methodology based on the core principles of traditional strength and conditioning, gymnastics and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) programs. Release tension, flush your system and fuel your muscles more efficiently through a guided series of foam-rolling exercises.

Restorative Yoga: Enjoy physical, mental, and emotional relaxation for a restful night’s sleep. Utilize props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps to feel fully supported.
Private Garden Tour at LongHouse Reserve: LongHouse Reserve is a sixteen-acre garden in East Hampton with established lawns, ornamental borders, plant collections and outdoor sculpture. See works by Ai Weiwei, John Giorno, and Bernar Venet while led on a private tour for Shou Sugi Ban House. Conclude the excursion with a guided meditation in one of the garden’s peaceful areas.
Introduction to Forest Bathing: Learn about the Japanese art of Shinrin-yoku. Forest bathing is a meditative walk among the trees which has been known to enhance intuition and mental clarity. By slowing down and observing, you open your senses to receive what the forest and nature has to offer and inform.
Evening Nature Connection: A meditative experience under the stars will offer open space for connection with your breath, your personal intentions and your retreat group.
Forest Walk: Breathe in deep and allow your senses to take in the natural medicine of the forest in a guided, meditative walk among the trees. In this practice suitable for all levels of health, you will become aware of things you normally wouldn’t notice, and receive the benefits of a guide who can talk about the local plants, trees and life around you.
