Explore the synergistic relationship between water, sound waves, and the physical body through the combination of aquatic therapy and Himalayan Singing Bowls – which, when combined, have a powerful healing effect.

The resonance of Himalayan singing bowls create the perfect combination of frequencies to balance the right and left hemispheres of the brain, producing a “beat frequency” which entrains the brainwaves to a deep theta state associated with deep relaxation and meditation.

When a person is floating in water and the bowls are played, sound travels up to five times faster because the body is 70% water and is close to the same density and elasticity. Therefore, the body feels more of the vibrational frequency of sound. These factors offer a profound experience of deep relaxation, pain relief, improved mobility, and release of trauma that has been stored.
