Welcome Ceremony: Meet the team and settle yourself into the space. We invite you to set an intention for your time here and use this moment to ask any questions.
Yoga Nidra with Gongs: A full body relaxation including visualizations and the soothing sounds of our planetary gongs to help prepare you for sleep.
Morning Meditation & Pranayama: Begin the day with a powerful and traditional practice. Silent meditation and pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) will clear the mind and prime the body for a day of deep practice and discovery.
Hatha Yoga: This type of practice is the physical branch of yoga. In these sessions we will be moving through various asanas (physical postures) to harmonize the body and mind.
Intro to Ayurveda: Discover the world of ancient Indian medicine. Learn practical tools to integrate this wisdom into your everyday life.
Deep Release with Sound: Enjoy the benefits of restorative yoga postures while being immersed in the sounds of gongs, crystal bowls and other sacred instruments.
Kirtan: A call and response style of chanting that uses sound to evoke an experience and saturation of divine love. This practice originated in the Bhakti (love, devotion and gratitude) tradition of yoga. Participants are welcome to join in or meditate to the collective sound.
Transformative Rituals Workshop: Learn about the nervous system and contemplate intelligent ways to weave yogic practices into your daily life. This workshop is both educational and experiential.
Closing Ceremony: Integrate your experience and prepare to transition back into routine. Use this as an opportunity to make new commitments to yourself and get answers to any outstanding questions
