Gather around our communal table for Shabu-shabu; a group dining experience where everyone at the table simmers select, fresh vegetables in a boiling, flavorful daikon broth, within a Japanese-style hot pot.
Enjoy with our signature teas which are blended in-house to nicely complement your body’s needs, or our selection of wines including biodynamic, organic, or sustainably sourced options, and several are procured locally or from female winemakers.
All aspects of this dining experience are chosen with intention to create a nourishing and well-balanced start to the weekend.
