POWER PLATE® WORKOUT

A high-speed effective workout where a ten-minute session equates to sixty-minutes of running. Vibrations between 25 – 50 times per second help to engage muscles and improve circulation. Guided by a personal trainer, sessions can focus on flexibility, mobility, or recovery, and all will help lymphatic drainage.

Pressotherapy is a gentle massage of the lymphatic system through compression therapy technology. Targeting the lymph system reduces stress hormones, and increases the production of immune cells in the body. A targeted treatment to the top or bottom half of the body will help with workout recovery and removes excess water from muscles.
