Brittni has been surrounded by yoga and sound in a spiritual context since childhood and was called to immerse herself in the practice in order to connect more deeply with her body, and to cope with anxiety and stress. With over 500 hours of teacher training in the Krishnamacharya lineage, Brittni’s intention is to guide you to find your own inner alignment of body, mind, breath, and spirit through grounding practices.
Born and raised on the East End, Brittni’s approach calls upon our connection to nature, the wisdom of the elements and seasonal cycles that run parallel to the cycles of our lives. She believes that any time spent practicing yoga, whether in meditation, movement, contemplation, or breath, allows us to build inner strength while learning to connect with our true selves, and cultivate harmony with the world around us.
Sacred Sound Journey
An immersive experience, weaving together a combination of tuning forks, gongs, and Himalayan and crystal bowls to create a vibrational frequency that heals the body. Sound patterns and varying frequencies will address cellular makeup, helping to clear blockages and restore balance within.

Deep Release Yoga
Restorative postures, gentle breathwork, and sacred sound vibrations create a container for supported expansion. A 90-minute experience includes a guided meditation.
