Join us for a powerful group Kundalini Yoga session with breathwork and mantras led by Bailey LaMarca-Zamora, followed by a seasonal meal around our communal table. Through guided meditation, mantra, and breathwork you will bring the body and mind into harmony, allowing the energetic and nervous systems to flow in balance. You will leave this session feeling energized and at peace having deepened the mind-body connection and elevated your auric field.


What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga practice of awareness that works on both the visible and subtle energetic levels. The effects can be rapid and transformative. When practiced consistently, Kundalini Yoga can harmonize the nervous system, balance the glandular system, elevate consciousness, sharpen the senses, and strengthen bodily functions. This holistic practice integrates pranayama (breathwork), mantra (chanting), meditation, mudras, and movement. By engaging these elements, Kundalini Yoga empowers individuals to transmute internal energy and elevate their radiance, strengthening the electromagnetic field, or aura, and fostering a deeper sense of vitality and well-being.

Bailey LaMarca-Zamora (Kamal Ajeet) is a Kundalini Yoga and meditation teacher dedicated to embodiment and deep nourishment. She believes that true healing begins with the conscious act of deep, mindful breathing and that individuals possess the innate power to shape their inner home. Bailey emphasizes the importance of embracing oneself with endless compassion, as she sees healing as a continuous journey rather than a one-time fix. Through her own personal experience, she has come to understand that reclaiming what has been forgotten starts with transmuting stagnant energy within the body. As a lifelong student of pranayama (breathwork), meditation, sacred mantra, and movement, Bailey continues to draw from these powerful healing modalities that have profoundly fueled her own transformative journey.
