Join us for our Fall Harvest Culinary Series and experience the joy of eating seasonal, locally-sourced, organic food and wine. From November 9 – November 12 stay two-nights at Shou Sugi Ban House and receive a $225 dining credit, per person, to be used towards this special dining event, or any other dining experience during your stay.
At Shou Sugi Ban House we incorporate seasonal, organic produce into every meal. Eating closer to the source allows us to be more in tune with the season, and the food itself will hold a higher nutritional value.
We grow an abundance of our own herbs, vegetables, nuts, berries, and flowers in our on-site organic gardens, and to get the most out of these key ingredients we plan far ahead to ferment, brine, pickle, and preserve them to have on-hand for the colder winter months.
No matter the season, we stay connected to the source.
