Take a culinary journey with Michelin-starred Chef Mads Refslund, Co-founder of Noma and the Culinary Creative Director of Shou Sugi Ban House. This event will lead you to explore the winding grounds at Shou Sugi Ban House, all while paired with five-star food and organic wine.
Move through highlighted spaces on the property beginning with a tour of the organic herb garden, moving to the Solarium Roof Deck for oysters and champagne, the Cherry Orchard for grilled dishes and charcuterie, the Main Barn for a seated main course, and finishing with dessert around the outdoor Fire Circle.
Pricing
$300 per person
Organic, sustainably sourced, or biodynamic wines available as a pairing for $125 per person, and also available à la carte by the glass or bottle.
