In Residence: Seasonally April – October, 2025 (Thursday – Saturday)
Jess’s journey of self-discovery began with understanding the relationship between the breath and the body and their influence on a physical, emotional, and mental level. Studying various disciplines under different teachers around the world, her focus of bodywork allows for energetic and physical release through different movement modalities, complemented by guided meditation and breathwork.
Her studies began with The Human Temple of Martial Arts and Usui Shiki Ryoho School of Reiki and transformed over the years into deeper, energetic bodywork practices. Jess studied at IMOSHA (Inner Mountain School of Healing Arts) for Thai Yoga Bodywork; the School of Ayurveda and Panchakarma in India for Ayurvedic Massage and Herbology; and participated in yoga trainings in the U.S. and Europe for Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, Aerial Yoga, and Ayurveda.
